Ready to overcome the challenges holding you back?
Let’s work together through advanced, safe hypnotherapy to unlock the best version of you—because real change starts from the inside out.
Do you want to be a glowing snake woman?
Let’s start simple. You’ve probably heard the word hypnotherapy and pictured a pocket watch swinging in front of someone’s eyes, or a person clucking like a chicken on stage.
That’s all nice but real hypnotherapy is very different.
With us, it is a gentle, focused way of helping your mind let go of old habits, stuck emotions, or unhelpful beliefs.
We see it as gently organising your thoughts, feelings and memories. You’re still awake. You’re in control. You just feel deeply relaxed, like that moment before sleep where your body is heavy and your mind is floating.
We use hypnotherapy to help clients with all sorts of things — stress, confidence, emotional healing, connecting to their body, and yes, even opening up spiritually. Which brings us to the next part of our story: Kundalini.
Now this is an ancient concept that comes from yoga and spiritual traditions, particularly those with roots in India. It refers to a coiled-up energy (the word actually means “coil” in Sanskrit) said to sit at the base of your spine, like a sleeping snake.
When this energy wakes up and starts to move, people can feel a whole range of things — from rushes of energy and bursts of creativity, to emotional releases, even changes in their sex drive.
Now before you panic: no, this doesn’t mean you’re going to start hissing or shedding your skin. But yes, some people do feel different — more open, more sensitive.
The reason for this is simple: Kundalini energy is closely linked to your sacral chakra, which sits just below your belly button.
That’s your pleasure centre, your creative force, your sexual energy. When Kundalini wakes up, it often clears out all the emotional baggage you’ve been storing there. That might mean you suddenly feel more in touch with your sensuality.
Kundalini yoga is one way to gently wake up this energy. It combines breathwork, chanting, repetitive movement and meditation. It’s not about fitness or flexibility — it’s more about tuning into your inner self and letting your body move energy in a conscious, supportive way.
But you don’t need to do full-on yoga to connect with your Kundalini. You can also use hypnotherapy to clear subconscious blocks
A lot of people come to me saying they feel disconnected from their sexuality or their body. Or they’ve had strange experiences after a spiritual awakening — like attracting people in odd ways, or feeling a bit too powerful and unsure what to do with it.
What I tell them is this: you’re not broken. You’re not crazy. You’re just waking up.
When we awaken this kind of energy, things do shift. Our desires change. Our connections deepen
I don’t promise enlightenment or spiritual fireworks. I don’t guarantee orgasms (sorry). But I do offer tools to help you come home to yourself. To balance your divine feminine and masculine. To feel safe in your body again.
