“Rewiring the Mind Through Sound, Magnetism & Mesmeric Hypnosis”

Tamara Sanchez has been using hypnosis for more than 14 years, drawing on a rich and diverse professional background. Her training in sound engineering, completed in 1987, continues to influence her work today, shaping the way she integrates sound, vibration, and frequency into deep hypnotic states.

Her expertise includes hypno-analysis, hypno-dontics, and Javanese Magnetism under the guidance of Magis Dodie, complemented by extensive self-directed study. Through this experience, Tamara has developed a distinctive approach that blends hypnosis, mesmeric sleep, and customised frequency work to create profoundly immersive and transformative sessions.

Her method is designed to guide individuals into a Theta–Delta state within minutes, allowing for deep relaxation, mental reset, and heightened inner awareness. This process supports emotional release, clarity, and reconnection with one’s natural inner resources.
Tamara will be sharing some of her techniques with participants, as well as allowing sufficient time for what promises to be an interesting Q & A segment.

Tamara is a clinical hypnotherapist and accredited supervisor with the AHA. Throughout her career, she has specialised in working with complex issues such as :
